Character overview

Jp
These are expressions used by elderly men, martial arts masters and so on. Word/phrase endings such as 「~ja」 (is~) and 「~nu」 (isn't~) are similar to those used in ancient Japanese. As the character is usually speaking to his juniors, direct commands or instructions are common in his speech. He also uses expressions like 「~te okure」 (do~for me) and 「~ka ne」 (is it~?) when showing kindness to his juniors. Exclamations such as 「~nou」 are also characteristic of the elderly male.
